Having trouble with controlling your anger? It’s time to find out why.

Truth is, you’re probably only using half of your brain to manage your anger.

You try hard to keep your temper in check but still lose your cool often. And that’s because your brain is on fire.

Anger is a normal feeling that warns you of danger or upset.

But when it gets too much, it can hurt your health, relationships, and work.

Chronic anger can lead to heart disease, diabetes, and other health problems.

Many anger management plans don’t fix the problem. They just treat the symptoms.

Real anger management means knowing what makes you angry. It also means finding healthy ways to express it. It’s not about hiding your feelings, but sharing them in a good way.

To handle your anger better, figure out what’s really making you mad.

Is it hiding other feelings, like sadness or fear? Are past events or negative thoughts causing your anger?
